In pretty awesome news, we had a primer start today! (and my primer, I mean someone start painting our walls). Woo hoo! They will be stark white until the floor is refinished and then we can color things up. (Things are much less exciting in the picture since all you will see are white walls).
There has also been some pretty major drywall progress on the 2nd floor. The mudder has even started, although they aren't finish hanging yet. (BTW, I have no clue why some pics are centered, but I'm not able to fix it)

My mom has also started using a pretty awesome paint stripper we bought and has started to strip the woodwork that is still on the walls (door frames, etc). Here it is:

ReplyDeleteWe sure do!! Not all the walls, but we picked out some major colors and it is COLORFUL!! Seriously, no neutrals in this house ;-) I think we may have to treat it like naming a baby.... don't tell anyone what you're doing until it's too late for them to give any negative comments!! ha!
