Sorry I've been a bit MIA, but a sinus infection is keeping me from the house. Alok has spent a lot of time painting siding, which is important, but not really great for photography. On the other hand, the lovely painting got us to this point on the east side of the house this week:
Looking good! The area to the right is actually a new addition and just needs to be painted. So, once this part is done, the east side is done for now.
Alok also hung up his spice rack. Yes, we realize this is a large spice rack, but he actually has a lot of spice. Plus, it can be used for other things. Previously, it was used as a broom closet.
He also has been working on leveling out the floor in front of the apartment fireplace, which needs to be done before a floor is put in.
