I finally took a look around the house today and it looks like Alok has been busy destroying our lovely, rotted siding. Here are the sides of the house now:
Back of the house. These windows are the windows into the butler's pantry followed by the apartment windows. The second window on the left is now in the apartment bathroom. In looking at the windows here, I'd guess that was originally part of the pantry.
Close up on the area around the apartment. The board straight ahead now acts as a peep hole into the actual apartment.

Dirty Alok
We also have more grass:
Again, I know that watching grass grow is super exciting
What is exciting, is more wall discoveries. These came out of the laundry room:
The Evangelist from 1896. We couldn't open it without really ripping it, so this is what we have
The Evangelist
A wooden ball that was in the wall.
Anyway, on to the 4 month review. 4 months ago today, we bought a house that has turned out to be more than we could ever imagine.... to say the least! Anyway, let's check out the progress of the last 120 days. Like last month, this will be a picture tour, comparing the house when we got it to what it looks like now. Alok pointed out that I missed a few areas, so I'm expanding this from last month.

WOW! Its funny, sometime in life 4 months go by and nothing is accomplished- you guys have done so much in such a short period of time. As more of the house is blue, the final product is more imaginable, it is going to look great!
