Today, we took advantage of the nice weather and did some outdoor painting. In other words, we continued to make our house look even more ridiculous. Here it was when we started:

I mean, there's such a dramatic change, you probably can't believe your eyes! (Or, like me, you had to go look at the pictures again to see if they were really before/after pics or the same picture). What we did is basically prime the area around the window. Some of it was already primed and needed to be re-primed. The part that wasn't primed and now is, basically looks the same. We will paint it tomorrow.
We also worked on painting more siding/priming more trim downstairs. Here it is:

Then, we realized that we really shouldn't be creating any more outside work for ourselves. We need to fix the rotted siding, we'll paint that in the new colors, seal up the outside, and then move inside for the winter. We'll have our circus colored house and can work on little things, like gutting the whole inside ;-)
