And he removed the plaster from the area around the attic stairs. The lathe is staying up apparently, so here it is:

In terms of construction, we now officially have 2 major projects underway. 1 is plumbing all of the bathrooms (all 5.5 of them), and the other is installing the HVAC unit for the top 2 floors. Here is the progress:
